My name is Konstantin Baum, I am a Master of Wine, and today I am going to do an unboxing and independent first impressions video of the new Coravin Pivot! I was not asked or paid by Coravin to do this but I have been using Coravin for seven years. The first Model Coravin released is the Model 8 which is a confusing name. Now we have the Pivot which is the cheapest Coravin Model and which also uses a different technique. Pivot means turning point and Coravin is changing their strategy with this product so I am very keen to get my hands on it.
