This workout is a great addition to any field or gym training you do.
Equipment: Superband, Medicine Ball, Swiss Ball
Structure: 4 functional core exercises circuit style
Workout:
1. Side plank with leg lift and SA press x12
2. SL glute bridge with crunch x12
3. Oblique crunch x12
4. V-up variation x12
1-5 ROUNDS
depending on where you are in your season and how you feel.
