In this video I'm making a Corned Beef Pie.
RECIPE:
For the Pastry
340g Plain Flour
85g Butter or Block Margarine (NOT Soft type)
85g Lard or White Vegetable Shortening
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (4g)
58g Cold Water
For the Filling
900g Potatoes (for mashing)
240g Tin of Corned Beef
30g Onion chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Fine Salt
! Egg for egg washing the top
Bake at 180ºC for about 30 - 35 minutes
