Ingredients
For Set dosa Batter
1. 3 glasses of dosa rice (raw rice not boiled rice)
2. 1 glass Avalakki (poha)
3. 3/4th glass urad dal/Uddina bele
4.Menthya 1 Tsp
5. Salt
6. Sugar optional
7. Rice flour 3 to 4 Tbsp
8. oil
Ingreints for Saagu
For Masala Paste
1. Dhaniya 1 Tbsp
2. Saunf 1 Tbsp
3. Jeera 1 Tsp
4.Roastedgram 1 Tbsp
5. Cashewnuts 1 Tbsp
6. Ginger and Garlic
7. Green chillies
8. Fresh coconut grated /Half coconut is used
9. Chakke Lavanga and yellakki
10. Water
Saagu preparation
1. Oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
2.Onion 1 large/finley chopped
3.Tomato 1 medium sized
4. Mixed vegetables
5. Garam Masala 1 Tbsp
6. Salt
