The Costa Mesa Historical Society's 2025 Calendar is now available, and one of the CostaMazing homes featured is this year's collection is a beautiful California Spanish Bungalow custom built in 1933. Owner Melinda Bungartz has done a magnificent job updating this vintage home while preserving its original charm, adding modern enhancements that Steve Sheflin, the grandson of the original builders describes as the best of "California living!"
