Cottage Cheese Flatbread
2 Eggs
8 oz Cottage cheese
1 TBLS Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Blend the ingredients all other, pour onto a sprayed parchment-lined flat pan (cookie sheet WITH SIDES), and cook for 40 minutes. Mine took this long, yep I was surprised too. But it was perfect!
NOTE:
I would suggest adding a “flavor” of something, like Sriracha to add a bit more taste to it. Or just eat it the way it is, as a flatbread. I think Sriracha would taste good though 😊
