Here we describe some of the most useful concepts in probability: combinatorics and the factorial. We will be able to count how many ways a certain event can happen, such as how many ways I can get 5 heads in 10 coin flips, and how many 5 card hands can I deal off of a 52 car deck. We will discuss sampling with and without replacement, and the various formulas to compute these probabilities.
