Country Style Ribs Recipe: - 4 - 5 Lbs. Country Style Ribs - place ribs in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil and apple cider vinegar mix well - season with 2 parts Cluck and Squeal dry rub and 1 part brown sugar, massage into meat and let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature - use a pan with a grate on top, apply cooking spray - place meat on top of grate - cover tightly with tinfoil - place in preheated 300 F oven for 1-1/2 hours - after 1-1/2 hours remove from oven, open tinfoil ( be careful of hot steam ) lather country style ribs with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce ( or your favourite sauce ) - cover and return to 300 F oven for 30 minutes - remove from oven, open tinfoil ( careful of steam ) flip the ribs and lather with BBQ sauce - place oven on high broil - return country style ribs to oven uncovered - watch carefully, do not leave unattended, rotate ribs frequently to brown and lightly char the edges - serve with pork and beans and coleslaw ( Episode 75 Best Darn Coleslaw on "In The Kitchen With Pete" ) #porkribs #countrystyleribs #ribs
