I always read all your comments and try to reply as best as I can to all of them. - Follow me: - Instagram: Kahvihuone8487 - Contact: [email protected] - Music -https://artlist.io - Equipments -Camera: Fuji X -T3 Apple cinnamon buns 50g butter 3.5dl milk 11g yeast 52g sugar 500g flour 7g ground cardamom 7 g of salt Melt butter and milk in a little sauce pan and cool to about 42°C or whatever your dry yeast likes Mix in yeast Combine butter and milk mixture with the cardamom, sugar and salt in the mixing bowl Add flour little by little and knead for 10 minutes Leave the dough to rest under a tea towel for about 1 hour aiming to get to doubled in size. Once the dough has doubled in size, shape it into round buns, just like you would with regular bread rolls. Let them proof for another 30-40 minutes. Make the apple filling: 3 large apples 1 /3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon half of the lemon juice 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water Streusel Topping 5 tbsp butter partially melted1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Combine all the filling ingredients with the sliced apples and mix until apples soften and the mixture thickens. Heat in the microwave stirring occasionally until the brown sugar syrup thickens and apples soften, about 2 minutes. Mix together the streusel topping ingredients in a bowl until it comes together in big crumbs. Once your bun looks good, press a dent into each bun, pressing it up the sides to creating a hole for the filling. Fill it with the apple filling Add big spoonfuls of apple pie filling into the cavity of each buns Top with a handful of streusel topping Bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden. Finnish Salmon Soup Recipe: Ingredients: Unsalted butter 1 leek, sliced 1 white onion 5 cups of fishstock 4-5 medium size potatoes 4 carrots 450 g of salmon fillet, deboned, de skinned and cut into small chunks 250ml food cream, heavy cream fresh dill salt and pepper to taste -Melt the butter in a pot, add the leaks and onions, saute until translucent -Add the stock, potatoes and carrots and bring to boil until potatoes are almost cooked -Add the salmon chunks and the heavy cream and cook for another 5-7 minutes -Add fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste -Serve with warm bread -Enjoy!
