Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I'm so ready for FALL DECORATING! Although it's only August at the time of this video upload, I'm getting a jump on my fall crafts and sharing a few projects here with you. ~First up, we are painting various objects to create pumpkins. Just about anything around the house can be painted in fall colors and transformed into pumpkins. Then use whatever embellishments you have on hand to adorn your pumpkins: moss, twine, Sola Wood Flowers, leaves, berries, etc. I used a lidded basket, a plastic container from Dollar Tree, an empty honey jar, and scrap wood to create my pumpkins. I painted them using the Waverly Chalk Paint from Walmart in the colors Pumpkin, Moss, and Cashew. ~My lovely lantern was a gift from one of my sisters, and we will accent it with beautiful floral picks and fabric in gorgeous traditional Fall colors. I used an assortment of florals from Hobby Lobby, Walmart, and Dollar Tree to form our swag. Everything was held together with pipe cleaners and secured to the lantern. Fabrics from Hobby Lobby were snipped and ripped to form the tattered tails of our Shabby Rag Bow. I snipped 30 pieces of fabric, 30 inches long, and tied in the middle to form a 15 inch tassel. The looped portion of the bow was made with wired burlap ribbon from Hobby Lobby. I then tied the looped ribbon to the tails, and tied the entire bow onto the lantern. I glued additional florals to the pipe cleaners to create a polished look to the back of the swag. It turned out differently than expected, but all's well that ends well! ~I used scrap book paper from Michael's, a free pumpkin printable from Clean and Scentsible, air dry clay and Iron Orchid Designs Classic Elements mold to totally transform a picture frame purchased from Goodwill. How nice to discover my dogwood picture was from 1949! Frame Painted in Waverly Chalk Paint from Walmart in the color Plaster.
