Another week has come and gone, Dear Reader, and I am loving seeing little signs of spring around the farm. This week, I am sharing some cozy spring activities like making a pancake breakfast with berry compote, fried potatoes, and farm fresh eggs. We wander down to the fairy garden with the cats and deliver freshly made tiny furniture for our friends. Then, I make some Pistachio Walnut Banana Bread and have a romantic picnic, reading books and being greeted by our curious chickens. Finally, we wrap up the week by starting seeds in the greenhouse.
