Cranberry juice
1 3/4 cup cranberries per quart jar
1/2 cup sugar
fill with hit water.
Water bath process for 25 minutes. Let it sit in the water for a few minutes to avoid siphoning.
Let it sit 4-6 weeks before using and shake it once a week to move the berries around.
Here is the canner we use https://a.co/d/ey7F0aF it is a pressure canner but we just it as a water bath canner by not tightening the lid down.
