RECIPE

Ingredients
1.2kg chicken thigh fillets cut into 4-5 pieces
1 tbsp of oil
1-2 cans (420gm each) condensed cream of chicken soup (2 for more gravy)
400gm broccoli, cut into large florets
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
Direction (Recipe amended from included Philips recipe book with the multi cooker)
1. Select (Sauté/Sear) - HIGH temp — 10 minutes — START. Do not close lid
2. Add oil, followed by chicken. Stir occasionally until lightly browned
3. Add 1-2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup (2 for more gravy) and stir to combine
4. Close lid. Set to (bake) -- select (Bake)— 12 minutes -- START
5. When cooking is complete, add broccoli. Stir to combine.
6. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over chicken
7. Close lid. Select (Bake) - 6-10 minutes (Depends on you preferred broccoli doneness) — START
8. When cooking is complete, remove and serve hot with crusty bread, salad or rice
