Prepare Bread Dough: -In a jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast & whisk well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well. -Add cooking oil & mix well. -Gradually add yeast mixture,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at a warm place. -Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth. -Take a small dough (100g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into oval shape. -Add 2 tbs of prepared chicken filling on rolled dough & roll it till half. -Make design on remaining dough with the help of straw,roll out the bread & seal the edges. -In a small bowl,add egg yolk,milk & whisk well. -Apply egg yolk mixture on bread with the help of brush & place it on greased baking tray lined with butter paper (makes 8-10). -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (on both grills). -Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes. -Serve with tomato ketchup! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: Prepare Chicken Filling: -Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix kerin. -Paprika powder,kali mirch crushed,namak,lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder & dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chulha bund ker dein aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. Prepare Bread Dough: -Jug mein neem garam pani,cheeni & khameer dal ker ache whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein. -Maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Thora thora ker ka khameer mixture shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. -Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein. -Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein. -Chota dough (100g) lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur oval shape mein bail lein. -2 tbs tayyar chicken filling ko rolled dough per dal dein aur half roll ker lein. -Remaining dough per straw ki madad sa design bana lein aur bread ko roll ker ka edges ko seal ker lein. -Chotay bowl mein anady ki zardi aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Anday ka mixture ko bread per brush ki madad sa laga lein aur greased baking tary (lined with butter paper) per rakh dein (makes 8-10). -Preheated oven mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills). -Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein. -Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
