In this video, I will show you how to create a dragon eye tile using an old watch for the eye. The watch I used glows in the dark for added coolness :) **Important!- Remove any battery from the watch before using it for this purpose!
Follow along and learn how to create one for yourself! You can use this tutorial to decorate a tin, box or bottle too. Of course, you can substitute a glass eye in place of the watch face if you prefer.
