how to make a coffee bean pattern wall panel
ingredients..:
- 2 pieces of gypsum board size 25 cm x 25 cm
- Cutter
- meter
- ruler
- screw size 7 cm
- pen or marker
- sponge eva / sponge love
- screwdriver +
- scrap stainless
how to make a 3d wall panel...
first board.
give the center line on the gypsum board, one board is curved on one side..
2nd board
one more board is curved back and forth..
then cut into 2
scratch with a kater knife on the curved part and brush with water..
gypsum board paper brushed with water, peeled off at the bend...
then scrape it clean...
then the 2 boards are glued / stacked on the first board... so that they form 3 stacks...
next stage..
make a concave motif on the peeled gypsum part, using a stainless scrap tool,...
setting in the basin and the top... until it looks 3 dimensions..
after that putty, to tidy up the masterpiece,...
after it's finished.. a mold is made with resin and catalyst..
next stage..,:
print 8 pieces of masterpiece.. to make 3d panels.. size 50 cm x 50 cm...
the connection part in the hollow and the middle part... putty using an EVA sponge...
then brushed and sanded...
after tidy.. prepare to make 3d wallpanel prints/mattresses, size 50 cm x 50 cm...
