Crepe-mas Tree Cake: Learn This Hack for Making Crepes Smaller Than Your Pan!

This holiday Christmas tree cake was a blast to make! I didn't have a small pan so I came up with a fun hack for casting smaller crepes ... recipe included! I filled these with anise caramel (light on the anise) with a buttercream ring ... so tasty! I used edible food pigment to paint a few anise stars to use as decorative ornaments. Enjoy!
