Chicken Tender Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Tenders Cut Thin
1/2 C Pork Panko
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1 T Cream

1. Combine pork panko and parmesan cheese in 1 bowl. Set aside.
2. Combine egg and cream in another bowl. Set aside.
3. Dip chicken tenders into the egg wash mixture, and then press each chicken tender into the pork panko/cheese mixture.
4. Air fry chicken tenders on 400 degrees for 8 minutes on each side.

OPTIONAL Seasonings:
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic
Salt & Pepper to Taste

I use the above seasonings in the pork panko and parmesan cheese mixture for some extra spice!

OPTIONAL Sauces:
Sugar-Free Ketchup
Sugar-Free G.H. Hughes (available on amazon, but cheapest at Walmart)

OPTIONAL Chick-fil-A Sauce Recipe Ingredients*:
2 T Avocado Oil Mayo
1 T Sugar-Free BBQ Sauces
1 tsp / squirt mustard
1 tsp / splash pickle juice

*This recipe does NOT perfectly taste like Chick-Fil-A sauce. Let's be honest, only the real stuff does! BUT, it is a great substitute, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
