RECIPE
2 chicken fillets
1 teaspoon paprika
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Mushrooms
Parsley
Cheese 150 gr.
Bacon
Sauce:
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Dill
3 tablespoons of sour cream
Soy sauce
Garlic
SPLIT 2 CHICKEN BREAST LENGTHWISE AND POUND UNTIL FLAT.
SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER AND PAPRIKA.
ADD VEG OIL TO FRY PAN AND 1 TBSP BUTTER
SAUTE' ONION AND THEN ADD MINCED GARLIC
SLICE MUSHROOMS AND ADD TO ONION MIX.
ADD A SPOON OF MIXTURE TO EACH FLATTENED CHICKEN BREAST AND
TOP WITH PARSLEY AND PARMESAN CHEESE
THEN WRAP WITH 3 SLICES OF BACON AND PLACE IN AN OILED
BAKING DISH.
BAKE AT 360* 35 -40 MIN
REMOVE AND ENJOY WITH THE SAUCE.
