Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings A couple of pounds of chicken wings – the size isn’t important you will just have to judge hoe long to leave them in the oven if you have bigger wings. These were quite small. At the chicken wings until they are really dry. This is the most important step 2 TBSPS of baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large plastic bag or a big bowl. Add the chicken wings and mix to coat. Place the coated chicken wings on a wire rack over baking tray. You want the heat to come from all around. Place the chicken wings in the oven and cool for 35 to 40 minutes turning once. If you chicken wings are bigger you will need to add more time. The wings should be crispy and golden brown. Ranch Dressing Mix In a container that you can leave the Mix in add: ½ cup powdered milk 1 tsp dill weed 2 TBPS of parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dehydrated onion 1 tsp salt or ½ tsp salt & ½ tsp celery salt Mix well for storage. When you are ready to use mix 2 heaping TBPS of the mix with 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of buttermilk or 1 cup of regular milk with 1 tsp of vinegar added to it.
