Carrot - 1/3 cup / around 1 medium size
French Beans - 1/3 cup / around 8 to 9
Capsicum - 1/3 cup / 1 small size
Sweet Corn - 2 tbsp
Green Peas - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium size
Ginger - 1 tsp / around ½ inch piece
Garlic - 1 tsp / around 6 cloves medium size
Green Chillies - 2 medium size
Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander / Cilantro leaves - 1/3 cup
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Black Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Cumin / Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Goan Spice powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Bread Crumbs - ¼ cup
Corn flour for slurry - 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs for coating - ¼ cup
Semolina / Rava for coating - ¼ cup
Corn flour for coating
Water - 4 tbsp / as required
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil for Shallow Frying
Notes: Serve the Vegetable Cutlets hot with Tomato Ketchup / Green Chutney
