Round 1: 3 hdc into 3rd chain from hook, 2 hdc, 7 dc, 6 dc in next chain, 7 dc, 2 hdc, 3 hdc in next st. Slip st (30 sts)
Round 2: chain 2, (2 dc in next st) x2, 2 hdc in next st, 6 hdc, 2 dc, (2 dc in next st) x8, 2 dc, 6 hdc, 2 hdc in next st, (2 dc in next st) x2. Slip st (44 sts)
Round 3: chain 1, 44 hdc (crochet all sts back loop). Slip st
Round 4: chain 1, 44 sc, slip st
Round 5: chain 1, 14 sc, 2 hdc dec, 4 dc dec, 2 hdc dec, 14 sc. Slip st (36 sts)
