CROCHET STRAWBERRY TUTORIAL!!!

I really want to re-explain the staggering increases part down here, in case you need it! Sometimes you’ll notice when you crochet, if the increases are on top of each other for a few rounds your work will take on a bit of a hexagonal shape. If you prefer a more round shape then you can stagger the increases so they are spaced out. I wrote the staggered increases into the pattern so you wouldn’t have to think about it. BUT if you are finding this a bit confusing, I’m going to list the simplified rounds right below this. Feel free to use the simplified version if it helps you! (Your strawberry will still be adorable!! It just may have a slight hexagonal shape).

Materials Needed:
- 8 or 9mm crochet hook (depending on yarn or tension)
- Polyfill/fiberfill
- Darning needle
- Scissors
- Stitch marker
- Green (for stem) 7 jumbo weight yarn (~25 yd)
- Red or Pink (for berry) 7 jumbo weight yarn (~95 yd)
- Black or White or Red (for seeds) 7 jumbo weight yarn (~5 yd)
In this video, I used Premier Yarns Parfait XL Yarn in the shades Light Pink, Burgundy, and Sage. (According to Premier Yarns website, they ship to most countries!)

If you have a Michaels near you, they have some yarn that is very similar and I also recommend it! In the Chenille Home Yarn by Loops & Threads (make sure its size 7 jumbo weight) the shades Agave and Burgundy are very similar to the colors I used in this video. In Sweet Snuggles (size 7 as well) the shade Blush is similar to the pink I used!
