Whisk well to combine. Set aside. Step 2: Cream the Butter & Jaggery In another large bowl, beat the softened butter and jaggery until light and creamy using a whisk or electric mixer. Add the milk and mix until smooth. Step 3: Make the Cookie Dough  add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Use a spatula to fold and combine everything until a smooth, pipeable dough forms. Step 4: Shape the Cookies Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle. Pipe small, round cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, keeping some space between them. Step 5: Add the Toppings Mix the flaxseeds and sesame seeds together and sprinkle them evenly over the cookies. Step 6: Bake the Cookies Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Step 7: Cool & Serve Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely before storing.
