For trip 3 of CSX Month, we stay a little closer to home and travel to the lovely town of Cary, NC. While most traffic through the area is provided by NS, 2 CSX trains travel through the town as well, which was the target of the trip. NS 350 provided some excitement, as he stalled on a hill just before Cary Station. NS P54 was asked to tie down his train, and come rescue 350.
Highlights include:
-RNCX 1984
-YN2 leading CSX F741
-NS 350 rescue
I'm also gonna rate each trip this month on overall coolness, since the point of this event is to see more CSX trains, and see more cool stuff, despite my usual rotten luck.
My rating of this trip 1-10 on coolness: 3
