Not too many people like the taste of liver, but it's an excellent source of iron. I've been eating liver since I was very young and it's one of my favorite foods. It's not hard to make at all. The only trick is that you have to eat it right away after you cook it, if not it will get hard and chewy. Thank you for watching and please stay safe!
