Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Please note: the method of curing shown in this video is not meant to be suggesting it is the best way to do it. If you have a smaller number of total heads and/or more ample space that has great air flow, protection from rain and no direct sunlight, hanging garlic can very much be your best bet. We've done that for years:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O92M-S5MXD8 - Method that works great for hanging a large number of heads in not much space
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMYilqlwEOo - OLD video showing a sweet past harvest with an ending of hanging garlic.

This method suits our situation of a tiny garage / protected space and a significant crop of many thousands of heads. It is energy dependent but can cure a viable farm crop level number of heads very well in extremely small of a foot print. Box fans can be found at ReUse stores and Salvation Army stores very easily. Most of ours cost $5. The wood can be salvaged or made of pallets, the bases can be made of chicken wire. You can cure a $10,000 crop with a $50 investment in materials.
