In 1993, the late John Pinette had generated quite a buzz in show business as a great young comic that could open. Frank Sinatra loved using him. Howie Mandel brought him to Atlantic City for a week stay at the Sands Casino Hotel. This gave us a chance to have a little fun with John as we followed him around the popular Sands Food Court. He was instantly creative and easy to work with as he navigated through the crowd looking for tasty bits of food. It was no surprise that in few short years later, he was a headliner. This interview was lost for many years until we found it in 2014 and aired it after his death. John is missed (so is the Sands).
