*From hobby project to dream guitar build*
When I started building guitars, I never meant for it to turn into anything more than a hobby - a fun way to spend time doing something with my collection of hand tools, while also serving as a creative outlet.
It’s only when enquiries for custom guitars started hitting my inbox that I considered building guitars for other people. This video showcases the process of building my first commissioned custom electric guitar.
After many discussions with the client and many revisions, we agreed to a design that is more traditional than I would normally build, while still following the clean design aesthetic that I strive for in my work.
This video shows the process of building that guitar, using both hand tools as well as the new electric additions to my workshop.
