Hello lovely lovelies :) I hope you're all well. I apologize to anyone who is here for the botanical art, as I am still going through a cute Beatrix Illustration phase - and I don't see it ending any time soon. I still post my botanical videos over on Patreon though.
I ADORE Beatrix Potter's illustrations. I think they have the perfect balance between nature and fantasy. They are somewhat true to nature while also being whimsical and fantastical.
I am constantly torn between the side of me that wants to value scientific accuracy and the side that appreciates whimsical creativity. Nevertheless, I have realised that I love both and I can be both.
