Cybernetics and a whole movement of androidism for your machine cultists and human mind over AI to the bitter end. Bio-mods for biological monsters, physical fashion trends as easy to follow as visiting a kiosk, and that other thing we know has been done. Cloning for all the existential and moral questions of personhood and what makes us human, as well as screw-ups currently inherent in the process. Personally with SSC being one of the big four, I enjoy having NPCs show some of the extremes of this.
