I rode my road bike along the left bank of the Arakawa Cycling Road from Kasai Bridge to Saiko and Showa Water Gate. There seem to be several routes, so I hope you can consider this as one of the references. Also, if you have a better route, I would be happy if you could write it down in the comments section.
