A short clip of D7076 'Hymek' running from Bury Bolton Street to Ramsbottom on the East Lancashire Railway during the 2014 Summer Diesel Gala. Driver Nick Hewitt was under instructions by traction inspector Chris Short who was training Nick to add the Hymek to his traction card.
The journey starts at platform 4 at Bury Bolton Street and travels through the scenic landscape to Ramsbottom. Here the train terminates and runs round the stock in the siding and later returns to Bury.
The loco had only been recently restored from BR Green to full BR blue livery. A livery which the loco had not carried for many years (possibly since service).
