Hi, I spend maybe over 1 hours to make this paper Dahlia. So the raw video is so long. I devided it into 2 parts.. This is part 1, how to cut and bend the petals of papêr Dahlia.

Floral Tape (Green or Light Green)
Tacky Glue & Hot Glue gun
Cotton ball
Floral Wires
140gsm crepe paper.
