Protein pancakes:
1/2 c oats
1/2 cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp baking powder
1/2tsp vanilla
2 eggs
For the salad:
1 (15oz.) canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed
1 (15oz.) canned white beans (We use cannellini beans)
8 oz. sliced salami, cut into thin strips
8 oz. Turkey breast
1 large red bell pepper, diced
½ cup sliced pepperoncini, chopped
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
For the vinaigrette:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Pasta: (sorry I don’t have a recipe I was winging it, but here are the ingredients)
Chicken thighs (salt, pepper, paprika, mustard powder, garlic and onion powder, lemon pepper)
Protein pasta (cooked in chicken bouillon)
Heavy whipping cream
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Garlic
Onion
Parsley
