Ingredients:
For Dal:
- 1/4 cup Toor Dal
- 2 cup Water
- 1/8 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 Tomatoes (Roughly Chopped)
For Masala:
- Boiled Dal
- 2 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 4 tbsp Jaggery
- 3 tbsp Imli Pulp
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Small Piece of Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of Peanuts
- Coriander (Finely Chopped)
For Tadka:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- Few Curry Leaves
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
For Dough:
- 1-1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1-1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Water as per required
