Ingredients for Dalmatian Pašticada:
2 kg beef roast from the leg
200 g bacon
1 liter red wine
100 ml Prosecco
50 ml wine vinegar
5 stalks of celery
5 dried figs or prunes
2 parsley roots
5 carrots
3 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
some bay leaf
5 cloves
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp clarified butter
1 tbsp Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 pieces of sugar cubes
Salt
Pepper
