Prasar Bharati Archives presents Tribes of India series.
Damor Tribe
They are an endogamous community and practice clan exogamy residing majorly in state of Gujarat in India. Their main occupation is agriculture with some owning their own land and others working as sharecroppers.
The primary language of the Damor is Bhili. Many of the men can speak some Hindi so they can communicate with outsiders.They practice Hinduism mixed with folk religion.
