Horse wants to bite and kick when tacked up. Steve got a bad feeling on this visit, this troubled horse biting, kicking when tacked up and getting on and things have got so bad his 12 year old rider was terrified of tacking up. He also has kicked his owner in the face and caused injuries biting!
