Data Mesh Architecture. A case study of implemented Data Mesh on Azure by Andriy Zabavskyy

Data Mesh is a relatively new concept but becomes very trendy right now. We’ll review the main concept of Data Mesh, Data product paradigm as a main building block and its applicability. There will be shared main benefits and challenges of Data Mesh in comparison to the traditional centralized data analytics architectures based on Data lakes and Data Warehouses. Finally, we’ll review an example of implementation for the big enterprise client based on Azure services such as Synapse Analytics, Data/Delta lake, Microsoft Purview and other services.
