Ingredients:
Dates - 250 g
Sliced garlic - 2 tbsp
Sliced ginger - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 4
Curry leaves
Tamarind - 100 g
Jaggery - 200 g
Coconut oil / Oil
Mustard - 1 tsp
Dried red chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Hot water :
For soaking tamarind - 2 cup ( 500 ml )
Water:
For melting jaggery - 1 cup ( 250 ml )
