Davangere Benne Dose / Benne Dose / Davangere Special Benne Dosa Recipe in Kannada.
Ingredients for Dosa batter ;
Raw rice 3 cup
Poha medium 1 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Methi seeds 1 tsp
*Soak above ingredients for 5 - 6 hours
*Grind to smooth and allow batter 8 hours for fermentation.
Add curd 1 tbsp & salt to taste,mix batter well.
Ingredients for Chutney :
Green chilli - cook in boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes
Clove 1
Cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Star anise / chakra phool 1
Fresh coconut slices 1 cup
Salt to taste
