This act of spreading Islam is fundamentally dependent on having a pure intention and a sincere heart when conveying the message, where the intention represents the driving force behind the action and sincerity ensures that the motivation is solely for the sake of Allah (swt), not personal gain or recognition.
Unfortunately, the concept of Da'wah and its traditional significance in Islam has been distorted by social media. I invite you to watch how celebrity involvement in Da'wah is reshaping this practice. Some of the challenges that arise from celebrity Da'wah, such as authenticity, commercialism, and the potential for misrepresentation of Islamic teachings. I offer my sincere advise to these brothers in Da'wah and remind them of the way of the tradition and the Salaf. May Allah (swt) protect us from this fitna. Ameen.
