Day one of orientation you will do a lot of classroom time to complete paperwork and go through a series of briefings on Load Securement and Injury Prevention. You will be given an Ergo Test to assess your physical capabilities. The second half of the day you will be given demonstrations on actual load securements in the Marshal Yard.
