It's DAY 15 of our #MoveToImprove journey, and today we're focusing on a full-body "PUSH" workout!
💪 This 18-minute routine will target major muscle groups using pushing movements to build strength and stability. You can do these exercises using just your body weight or add light dumbbells to increase the challenge.
We'll be performing each move for 60 seconds of work.
In this video, we’ll be working through the following exercises:
Squat (Focus on proper form)
Overhead Press (Bodyweight or light dumbbells)
Squat & Press (Combining lower and upper body)
Glute Bridge
Chest Press (Bodyweight or light dumbbells)
Bridge with Chest Press (Combining glutes and upper body)
Bird Dog
Bird Dog Kickback (Right side)
Bird Dog Kickback (Left side)
Throughout this workout, we’ll focus on proper form and control with each movement. Remember to take breaks when you need to, and celebrate the progress you're making! Let's get moving and build a strong and stable body together!
