Between my gorgeous green smoothie (see link below), and this easy colorful chopped salad—to which I add a chopped avocado—I can deliciously fulfill all of the food requirements for a day of the Goodbye Autoimmune 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group Protocol. Below is the salad dressing formula.
Yes, I can be creative and vary this high-raw six week program, going on a tasty and creative adventure using Dr. Goldner’s Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious Cookbook, or I could keep it super simple and happily enjoy my smoothie and this chopped salad every day.
They can both be made in the same period of time, and then enjoyed throughout the day, as I did the day I made this video. I was full, and completely satisfied. The good news is, you can have it your way on this wonderful journey to health. Enjoy!
Salad dressing formula:
1 part fresh lemon juice, one part Braggs Liquid Amino‘s, and one part Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil. I also add a bit of Dijon mustard and garlic granules or powder. A small single serving can be a tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of Brax amino’s, a tablespoon of flaxseed oil, a quarter teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and a quarter teaspoon of garlic granules or garlic powder, whisked. I typically make a bigger batch like 1/3 of a cup of each, and small spoonful of mustard and garlic, mixed with an immersion blender. and stored in a jar in the refrigerator. I use this for most of my salads.
