By overcoming
By placing yourself in the arena
And winning
Battling
Fighting
Facing the odds
And coming out triumphant
Or not, but getting back up and facing them down again like nothing happened
You can create confidence at any stage
By making the choice to face the challenge head-on
And testing yourself daily
Don't wish for confidence
