Q. What program am I taking?
A. Currently I’m taking a one year program of regular Chinese language in Beijing language, cultural university. However, I’m repeating another year so in total, I am in a two-year program. I took the fall semester until spring. However there is an enrollment for spring program that ends on winter.
Q. What do you get from the program? Do i need basic chinese to enter?
A. From the program itself as you can see from the video, I’m taking an upper intermediate level of Chinese. They’re speaking, listening and reading .If you have zero basic in Chinese, you can start from the elementary level. It’ll be decided once you come and get tested by the teachers.
Q. How do i apply? What agency did you use?
A. I’m from Indonesia so I used China-Link agency. For those who don’t know how to apply you can check their website for full English instruction how to get in.
Q. For the dance classes and calligraphy do I have to pay? Is it part of the program?
A. All the activities you see in my videos they’re all free and provided from school however, for my dance club, I had to audition to enter.
Q. How much is the tuition? And how long did it take for me to apply and come to China?
A. For the tuition, it depends on what program you’re taking. I’m taking regular program so you can see it on their website. It took around one year for me to get to China and I use an agency for that.
Q. Is the food muslim-friendly? What about the food there?
A. I would say our campus has four floors. And it’s the best cause there’s varieties of halal food and wide varieties of dishes. Western, Japanese, Korean you name it. We even have our own halal canteen.
