A young child has been kidnapped, and CID has been tasked with rescuing him. At the ransom exchange, Daya shoots and kills the kidnapper by mistake, putting the child’s life in danger. To make things worse, Daya is arrested for killing an unarmed man amongst the kidnappers, though he insists that he did not shoot that man.
