The NTSB announced Thursday that it has recovered both black boxes from American Eagle Flight 5342, which plunged into the Potomac River in the Washington D.C. area after colliding with an Army helicopter Wednesday night, killing everyone on board. In a statement, the agency said the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder are at the NTSB labs for evaluation. In total, 67 people are presumed dead from the crash.
